By using TSBTIERS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

  • •You must be 13 years or older to use this Service (per Discord's ToS)
  • •You agree to provide accurate information when participating in rankings
  • •You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts

Acceptable Use

You MAY:

  • ✓Participate in competitive rankings fairly and honestly
  • ✓Search for and view player profiles and leaderboards
  • ✓Appeal punishments through proper channels
  • ✓Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • ✓Share leaderboard links and promote fair competition

Prohibited Activities

You MAY NOT:

  • ✗Rank manipulation: Artificially inflate rankings through fraudulent means
  • ✗Self-ranking: Attempt to rank yourself or manipulate your own tier
  • ✗Impersonation: Pretend to be another player or staff member
  • ✗Harassment: Harass, bully, or threaten other players or staff
  • ✗Spam/Abuse: Spam commands, abuse the bot, or flood channels
  • ✗System exploitation: Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
  • ✗Data scraping: Scrape or harvest data without permission
  • ✗Circumvention: Attempt to bypass punishments or restrictions

Ranking System Rules

  • →Fair Play: All tier assessments must be earned through legitimate competitive performance
  • →Staff Discretion: Ranking decisions are made by authorized staff and may be adjusted based on performance
  • →No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific tier placements or rankings
  • →Updates: Rankings may be updated, adjusted, or reset at our discretion

Punishments & Enforcement

Violation Consequences

Violations of these terms may result in:

  • ⚠️Warning: First-time or minor violations
  • ⚠️Temporary Ban: Temporary suspension from rankings (7-30 days)
  • ⚠️Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from the ranking system
  • ⚠️Rank Reset: All tiers and progress removed

Appeals Process

If you believe a punishment was issued in error, you may appeal through our official appeals system. All appeals are reviewed by staff and decisions are final.

TSBTIERS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • •Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • •Accuracy of rankings or tier placements
  • •That the service will meet your specific requirements
  • •Availability at all times (maintenance may occur)

Limitation of Liability

TSBTIERS and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
